2025 was a year of conviction.
It was about betting on myself, trusting my instincts, and finally doing what I’ve always known I was meant to do—building my own hospitality group from the ground up.
Launching September wasn’t just a business decision. It was a lifelong dream becoming real. Every late night, every tough call, every detail obsessed over—it all had intention behind it.
Sirrah proved something important this year: when vision, discipline, and soul align, people feel it. The brand found its rhythm, its voice, and its guest. And we’re only scratching the surface of what Sirrah can become.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just the growth—it’s the people. The culture. The shared belief that we’re building something lasting, elevated, and deeply intentional.
None of this happens alone. A huge shout-out to Phil, whose leadership and partnership continue to raise the standard daily. To Andrew, our GM—steady, trusted, and relentless about the details that matter. To Chef Rigo, for believing in the vision and bringing it to life every day. To Rachel, our Head of Marketing, for shaping the voice and momentum behind the brand. And to Loren and Alisa, for keeping me calm, grounded, and protected across finance and HR when it matters most. And finally, to the very first believer in September—my dear friend and brother, JG. Your belief in me before there was proof is something I’ll always carry with me.
2026 feels electric. Clearer. Bigger. More refined.
